The digital divide
Modern technology connects the world. It also isolates our most vulnerable loved ones. Touchscreens, passwords and complex operating systems create barriers.
Kinsia exists to bridge this gap.
We built a video communication tool specifically for people navigating cognitive decline or physical impairments.
Standard devices force users to adapt to the machine. We believe the machine must adapt to the user.
Kinsia removes traditional interfaces entirely.
There are no incoming call lobbies. There is nothing to swipe. There are no menus requiring working memory. It is a physical appliance with a simple mechanical interaction. This allows effortless communication without any digital literacy required.
Dignity and privacy
Kinsia restores the dignity of independent communication. It ensures older individuals and those with disabilities remain at the centre of the family circle.
We also prioritise your privacy. The system uses a custom proprietary architecture. Every family moment remains strictly private. We do not use commercial third party apps that share your data.
